Solution:
Gathered data and call center metrics onsite for two days. Processed and presented a model for ideal customer service, including identifying department crossover gaps. Assembled an internal task force with a focused, 45-day plan of attack to reverse the reputation and build a strong, cohesive Customer Service center.
